Week 15 of your Pregnancy
Weighing in at around 2 to 2½ ounces or 60 to 70 grams and measuring around 4 inches or 10 cm, baby is about the size of an orange.
Baby’s body has now grown and is more in proportion to the head and long legs.
Fine lanugo hair now covers baby’s body as protection until he/she has enough body fat to retain heat. Your baby’s skin is still thin and translucent.
Muscle development continues and baby can now make lots of different movements with his/her head, arms, legs, hands, wrists, feet and mouth.
Hair continues to grow on his/her head and eyebrows are also forming.

Tips for Week 15
Keep track of your weight gain. Although there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to pregnancy weight gain, use healthy lifestyle habits to manage your pregnancy weight gain.
Finding a comfortable sleeping position for a good night’s sleep can become a problem.
Try using pillows to prop you up or behind your knees, make sure the air temperature is comfortable or invest in a body pillow.
Adapting your clothing to your growing waistline can be done by investing in a belly band, enabling you to continue wearing some of your favorite tops.
